Meet the Founder
Lisa Gonzalez, founder of Creatrix Rising is a woman who knows the journey of becoming from the inside out.
For much of my life, I carried the quiet weight many women know well — the pressure to be everything for everyone else while slowly losing connection with herself.
Growing up with messages that shaped how I saw my body and my worth, I learned early to shrink, to people-please, and to hide parts of myself in order to be accepted.
But beneath the surface, something deeper was always there.
A knowing.
A quiet pull toward healing, truth, and a life lived with greater authenticity.
That inner call eventually led me on a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation.
In 2010, I was introduced to an experiential training that transformed my life and changed the trajectory of my existence. Throughout the years, I continued through deep personal healing, embodiment work, and reclaiming my voice, I began to reconnect with the woman I had always been beneath the conditioning and the pain.
What I discovered along the way changed everything:
Women are not broken.
They are powerful creators capable of transforming their stories and rising into something new.
This realization became the foundation for Creatrix Rising.
As a Certified Trauma Informed Somatic and Grief coach and retreat facilitator, I create spaces where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. Spaces that are designed to support deep personal awakening.
My work centers on helping people release the stories and grief that have kept them small and guiding them back to their innate power, creativity, and sovereignty.

The Heart Behind Creatrix Rising
Creatrix Rising was born from lived experience.
For many years, I carried the weight of stories that told me I wasn’t enough.
Like many women, I learned to quiet my voice, hide my gifts, and make myself smaller so others could feel comfortable.
The wounds of unworthiness and the pain of feeling unseen shaped much of my early life.
But eventually something inside me began to awaken.
A quiet voice that asked:
What if your life could be different?
That question began a journey of deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
Through this work, I learned how to reclaim my voice, reconnect with my body, and begin living from a place of authenticity rather than survival.
Why Creatrix Rising?
Creatrix Rising was birthed because I know what it feels like to move through the world believing you are not enough.
I know what it feels like to carry wounds that were never witnessed.
And I know the profound transformation that happens when a woman finally chooses herself.
Creatrix Rising exists to give women a space to do the work that changes everything.
A space where healing is honored.
Where stories are witnessed.
Where women are reminded of their power.
Through retreats, gatherings, and transformational experiences, women are guided through the process of releasing what no longer serves them and stepping into the next version of themselves, a powerful conscious creator of her own life.
